Semi-automatic mandrel bending machines
for single part and serial production
Semi-automatic mandrel bending machines are used in single part and serial manufacturing, in the workshop and production. With semi-automatic mandrel bending machines of type FK the bending cycle is carried out automatically and with program control. Tube feeding and tube turning are carried out manually. All semi-automatic mandrel bending machines from the FK range can be equipped with a longitudinal and angular stop system for the tube intake and tube turning. Optionally with jaw chuck, hydraulic collet chuck, digital position indicator and position monitoring. |
Semi-automatic mandrel bending machines of type FK operate fully hydraulically. The hydraulic drive of the bending arm guarantees the maximum precision, repetition accuracy and bending force with compact dimensions. The machine control (PP41) is equipped with an interface for connection to an external PC. Bending programs can be created directly on the machine, or optionally on an external Notebook and transferred online to the machine control. |
